High-Quality, Whole Food-Based Nutritional Supplements
Supplementation is proactive - We promote health as something to strive for beyond simply being free of disease. Dietary supplements can help you improve/maintain your overall health and help you meet your daily requirements of essential nutrients.
Dietary supplements are intended to add to the diet through products such as vitamins, herbs, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and botanicals. Supplementation is very common, in fact the CDC reports that 57.6% of adults will use a dietary supplement in a given 30-day window. Supplements can be used for a variety of reasons, including:
Health maintenance: Supplements can help you maintain or improve your overall health. For example, calcium and vitamin D can help build strong bones, and fiber can help maintain bowel regularity.
Nutrient deficiencies: Some people may need supplements to correct vitamin or mineral deficiencies. This includes pregnant women, people who smoke or drink alcohol, and people with malabsorption problems.
Manage health conditions: Some supplements can help manage health conditions. For example, omega-3 fatty acids from fish oils might help some people with heart disease.
Together we run diagnostic tests to find the root of your health concerns and create a supplement routine unique to the deficiencies in your nutrient intake.

We will begin with a consultation to discuss your medical history and concerns. By listening to you and learning your story, we try to bring you further into the process and customize treatments to address each of your individual needs. We typically recommend diagnostic lab-work, with panels such as DNA/genetic markers, Thyroid, Men’s and Women’s health, Sleep and Stress, or Food and Environmental panels, so that we can begin to discover the root of your concerns. Each patient’s unique genetic composition is carefully considered, and we focus on prevention by creating a plan of care specifically for you which includes vitamins and supplements.
