Unlocking The Power Inside Your Cells
Regenerative Tissue Therapy is a minimally invasive procedure that takes place on-site at Easley Health & Spine during an office visit. This simple and effective treatment is well-tolerated and has few to no side effects. This innovative therapy is a less invasive treatment than surgery, yet typically delivers equal results without the downtime, pain medication, or risks that come with surgical procedures. In fact, many patients regain full mobility and strength in the treatment site after tissue therapy.
Regenerative Tissue Therapy can significantly improve your recovery following an injury and, in most cases, help you avoid surgery. When you have injection therapy, you can expect to see a variety of improvements, including:
reduced pain and inflammation
less friction between joints
increased mobility
and stronger joints
After your injection, you can resume regular activities within one to two days. Because of the regenerative nature of this therapy, these benefits occur over weeks or months, not instantaneously. As your body heals, however, you can expect to see improvements on a daily basis.
What to expect
Regenerative Tissue Therapy is game-changing for the treatment of joint injuries and degeneration, as well as tendon and ligament damage. This treatment has demonstrated the potential to repair damaged tissues, accelerate the healing process and reduce or eliminate pain while improving function of the body. This is done all while using the body’s own God-given ability to heal itself! This form of treatment leverages your body’s natural ability to heal and repair itself by introducing healthy cells to the damaged area. Cells are your body’s building blocks. During Regenerative Tissue Therapy, our medical team injects healthy cells into the joint or other source of your pain. This triggers your body’s natural healing response and reduces discomfort. Our team of Doctors and nurses recommend this injection therapy for numerous musculoskeletal conditions, including osteoarthritis and joint degeneration, chronic pain, and hip, knee, and shoulder injuries.

FAQs

Regenerative Tissue Therapy uses the technology your body has already been using your whole life to grow, repair, and replace damaged tissue. When we are born we have a very big supply of the cells needed to do this, but by the time we have grown normally in our late teens we have used 90 percent of our supply and for the rest of our lives we live on the other 10 percent. Every time we have an injury, a cut, a bruise we continue using up our supply. For some people, the supply gets so low the body just can’t keep up. The Regenerative tissues we inject in your area of pain or problem is concentrated with the things you need to fix your problem. It helps your body have the tools needed to fix, repair or replace the damaged area.

Most treatments for chronic pain or degenerative conditions are designed to only mask or cover up the pain, not designed to actually fix or repair whatever is causing the pain. Regenerative tissue treatments reduce or eliminate the pain by fixing whatever is causing it. Not only does this get rid of your pain it also helps restore function, meaning the part of your body that was affected before works like it is designed too. You can live pain free and do the things that you love doing.

Compared to the cost of surgery and total hip or knee replacements, it is very cost effective. It is not typically covered by insurance; however, at our office if we think that this type of treatment would be good for you and if you decide that you want to do it we have affordable financing options available. With the type of financing options we have virtually everyone can afford it. Most HSA or FLEX spending accounts CAN be used.
